| General | Movies, reading, celtic music, classic rock, some jazz, R&B, comedy, magic and escapology, Titanic (1912), live concerts. | | Music | Celtic music is a big passion of mine nowadays - I play the bagpipes! I enjoy classic rock, R&B and even some jazz. Classical music is very hit and miss with me. The big band era takes up a large chunk of my cd collection too! | | Movies | The original King Kong is still my favorite movie, and I didn't mind the 2005 remake. If a movie is black and white I am more likely to sit and watch it. I love the Marx brothers and W.C. Fields, the Universal monster movies, all that cool old stuff. New movies are great as well, and I am always willing to go see something even if no one else is! | | Television | I watch Law and Order way too much! My type of comedies are like Frasier, I don't understand why people think Sienfeld was funny cuz it wasn't! Animation and documentaries. Truth be told I haven't done much television watching since I've got my computer. | | Books | Mysteries, mostly hard boiled private eye stuff, historical, biographies, and such, technical books on special effects and how to books on magic, anything that can make me laugh as well. |

About me:
I love music of all sorts, but tend to stay focused on rock and celtic music. Usual food that any Winnipegger loves, pizza, chinese, Salsbury house nips. Movies are a favorite hobby and I have no problem going to see one by myself, but if I am out to see a live band I really prefer to have friends with me. I love magic and was a performer back in the late 80s, sucked at it though. I love science fiction conventions as they are great party places. Prefer dogs over cats. Birds have to be kept in cages so I don't think they should be pets. Bawdy songs, jokes that aren't mass emailed by people I barely know, message board lurking, board games, card games, pinball, airhockey, travelling to meet friends, ebay (although lately its been the pits), and beautiful women - my major joy in life...and aggravation lol.
