32 Miles to Breakfast are a 4 piece Rock/Pop band who have borrowed elements from the great Country genre. Although hailing from different parts of Scotland, the members of 32 Miles to Breakfast have adopted Glasgow as their musical home.
Like many before them the band name came through genuine circumstance rather than being plucked from thin air. After struggling to name the band it took something as long as a long car journey, an empty stomach and a road sign indicating that the next town was 32 miles away to inspire them.
The band have played Glasgows best known venues such as King Tuts, The Classic Grand and the Barrowlands. (For full gig listings see "Past Shows" above).
After working with 32 Miles to Breakfast, John Saich, formerly of Capercaillie and co founder of Wild Biscuit records commented that the band had "A prolific command of songwriting well beyond their years".
The Band now believe it is time to widen their horizons and bring their music to the ears of a new audience.
