Dave Green - Guitars, Bass, Keys, Programming, Production.
Influences
Hard to say but there's bound to be a bit of 4Hero, The Allman Brothers Band, Tori Amos, The Beatles, Jeff Beck, Bjork, Jeff Buckley, Eric Clapton, Chris Cornell, Coldplay, Counting Crows, Cream, Debussy, Dire Straits, Dvorak, Elgar, Extreme, Faith No More, Genesis, Guns N' Roses, Jimi Hendrix, Holst, Hundred Reasons, Iron Maiden, Norah Jones, Led Zeppelin, Marillion, John Martyn, Massive Attack, Nine Inch Nails, Orbital, Pearl Jam, Perfect Circle, Pink Floyd, The Police, Queen, R.E.M., Radiohead, Rage Against The Machine, Rush, Santana, Seal, Simon & Garfunkel, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Spin Doctors, Staind, Sting, Devin Townsend, Joe Satriani, Nitin Sawhney, U2, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Stevie Wonder, Yes, Robin Sunflower, John Mambo, Steve 'Billy' Buckley, Steve Williams, John Ellis, Adrian Ingram, Kathy Dyson, Mike Outram, along with some other's I criminally forgot about!
Dave Green has been playing the guitar for more years than he cares to say.
He has written music in a variety of styles from classical to heavy metal with
some ambient/electronic stuff on the way. He currently plays with
Colours Run - mostly
around the Manchester area (that's Manchester England, before any of you
American types get too excited). He also hosts a (sort of) jam session at
The Globe in Glossop
most Thursdays. As well as playing guitar and composing music generally he likes
drinking alcohol in moderation, eating chocolate and talking about himself in
the third person.
Greetings fellow citizens around the world!

Hey man, thanks for the add. No none of us are called Dave Green! This all started with our search for a band name and we thought a cool guy we know, (Dave Green) had a nice ring to it. Realising we knew another guy with the same name (what are the chances!?!) we thought there were loads of undiscovered dave green's out there ready to come together with our band. Something like that, or we just like the name, i dunno. Anyway keep in touch!

I just read an article about registering to vote, saying it helps you
to be a part of society because your vote is your voice being heard by
government. It is a way of demonstrating that you are equal and that
you do count. It is your way to get things changed. What do you think?
