Friday (4/18) in Lubbock we are blocking off the parking lot that Melt and Shooterz share in the Depot (1711 Texas) and are having an International Pre 420 Block Party. To start the night off Lubbock locals The Architext will be preforming DJ and hip-hop sets. As well they will be preforming during down time. FATTY LUMPKIN from Dallas a Funk / Rock / Jam Band who just got invited to the Wakarusa Music Festival will start about 10. The featured artist QWIKSAND will start @ 11:30. Qwiksand is coming through before they play the reggae festival in Austin on 4/20 and Dallas on 4/19 @ LBG. Qwiksand is a Funk / Reggae / Rock band from Huntington Beach, CA. $10 for adults and $15 for minors. This might be the coolest thing that has happened in Lubbock in a while so dont miss it.
