Lilly writes songs about the sea, airplanes, and death. She just bought a synth and drives a dented Prius.
Alex Neuhausen
Alex has been in punk, ska, hardcore and cover bands and is sometimes abrasive. He's down with nanotechnology.
Nick Shilling
Nick is sometimes traditional and sometimes match. He is half-Japanese, half-British, and all politeness.
Matt Shafae
Matt's bass playing provides low notes for recreational purposes only and is not intended to provide legal advice on any specific legal matter or factual situation.

Sounds Like
Energetic songs that in some way or another involve death. If Morrissey was a 23-year old girl, his name would be Lilly Wolfson.
Hey Young Believer is your favorite four-piece from SF. You can have all our songs as free downloads with lyrics. You can support us by coming to one of our awesome shows and picking up a free sticker. What a fun band!
We're a fresh-faced indie-pop-rock quartet on a whirlwind tour of the seedy underbelly of Golden Gate City. We're meeting some amazing people, playing at the same venues and sometimes shows as some of our heroes, and having a blast! We've met some assholes, but usually the good kind, had sewage pour onto our heads, and received numerous parking tickets. Life is nice.
We got started around January of 2008. We named ourselves "Hey Young Believer," because it's upbeat, sounds cool, and matches our preachy attitude. J/K, we don't preach anything, but we do like playing live.
Up above we've got five tunes we recorded ourselves in various studios and closets, and one tune from our last EP. They're all free downloads. Lilly and Alex spend some time on meaningful lyrics, so go ahead and read them. Then write to us if you like them or wanna discuss. To the left you'll find some live video. Our music will always be free, as long as you promise to come to a show or buy some merch (stickers for now, t-shirts and posters soon) to offset the price. We're booking shows in the Bay Area - you must come watch one. And please write! MySpace makes it easy and we love to hear critiques, admiration, and strange-but-true stories. See you at the show!

Oh, senior year is definitely awesome! Probably most fun I had, other than summer. :)
No, we don't have homecoming game in Ireland, we don't even have cheerleader squad. We had one for student-teacher charity soccer game but it was nothing like american cheerleaders... ^^ But we have debs (prom) so that should be great. To meet everyone at the end of summer - after everyone has graduated, gotten into colleges and all that. :)
Congratz to Nick on the engagement. And absolutely amazing choice for vacation. I read (and heard) that India is a miracoulous country to go to.
im going to sf on the 21st this sunday me and my boyfriend are going to see children of bodom, black dahlia murder, between the buried and me at the warfield. how bout you?
