..Hello and welcome to my humble page - i am happy you have found me , maybe its the start of a beautiful friendship or maybe you are just passing through?
.. I like little things, simple things.... whatever you do, don't pass through life missing these things.... take a picture, write it down, but never forget, its what makes us what we are.
..Play music, listen to music, read books, look at art, do it all and take it in.... and appreciate your friends
..I have been writing and recording music for a good few years .... influenced by artists ranging from Dylan to Sparklehorse .......you may recognise some of these songs.... already featured on BBC3 sitcom "massive" (pirouette), US smash teen drama "gossip girl" (today), lionsgate films (huge), working title films (my last 5 girlfriends trailer), microsoft and numerous radio stations from xfm to bbc radio 2.
..After releasing many now sold out EPs in Manchester, I self released my debut album "under the sleepy moon" in 2008 exclusively through Piccadilly records (www.piccadillyrecords.com). The single "pirouette" from the album was released through "the lost and lonely singles club" records in August 2008 and got a lot of national radio play which led to a live session with Marc Riley on BBC6 music
My latest EP "the story of me EP" is available now from www.piccadillyrecords.com or if you prefer your music a little less physical i'm on itunes too (just search stickboy uk)
