I love animals
I like people who are friendly and classy
I like to cook. I work as a cook.
I like eighties hardcore music and also new neo-hardcore.
I like England/Europe a lot
I generally get along with anybody who is into the arts
I like shows about gangs, cults, other anomalies of group identity
My favorite writer is Hemingway so far
I have been wearing black pants and white tee-shirts for about twenty years
I am interested in people with character and intelligence
I aspire to self discipline but often fall short
I enjoy fucking around on the computer too much
I have been in three performing bands, have written a novella and have had two art shows
This year I want to get my book published, play more shows, write an album and sell my art on ebay
Who I'd like to meet: Nice, smart people. I am happy to add anybody who wants to add me. It's just a computer.
Hey Dood. Any luck on the publishing front? I just finished writing another novel called "Cassadaga, A Story of Love and Mysticism" inspiration gleaned from the song Four Winds by Bright Eyes. I'm pounding pavement trying to get it on the clipboard of an agent, so far, no dice. I believe the story is good, the character's are very multi-dimensional, the narrative voice very fresh and upbeat, but the market...the goddam market. The fun part is writing the fucker. Selling it, getting it milleage, almost effaces the art itself and makes tired parts in the artist he most needs. The eyes of the artist and the industry should never meet because the mattress is not big enough for dollars and desire.
Alright, was wondering about how the Classics album is coming along and if you have any idea when it's going to be complete and released?. Ive been listening to The Wpers and thought yous should cover "Up Front" i think it would fit your set and its a great song i get goosebumps whenever i hear it.
Received the prints today man! They look way better in person than on E-Bay. Thanks for the pic too. I will add it to the autographed OpIvy LP i have. Again bro thanks a million. Take it easy.
Im so glad you list Monk as one of your favouite shows, the guy rules. If it was on Uk tv more i'd probably hardly ever go to work though as they only put it on in the middle of the day. Also you say you like england / europe, got something against scotland?! what about all the sweet, sweet irn-bru?
Thank you for the music you're amazing! I'm going to order some of your prints from Ebay today!
