    All proceeds from the 365 Ways to Keep Kids Safe book go to support the Keenan's Kids Foundation. The Keenan's Kids Foundation is dedicated to protecting children through Charity, Community Awareness, and Child Advocacy. Charity-KKF holds clothing drives for children and has given away over 230,000 articles of clothing. KKF makes food each week for homeless children (over 332,000 baloney and cheese sandwiches!!) Community Awareness- KKF has given away over 8,000 gun trigger locks to promote gun safety at home and has launched the Playground Safety Project to make parents and children aware of hazards that can be found on playgrounds (Playground Safety Campaign ) Child Advocacy- The Keenan Law Firm works to protect children at risk in the legal system such as foster children. About me:

My name is Don Keenan and I care about the safety of kids.  My dream is that every child has a safe and happy environment in which to live.  As a child advocate and attorney for catastrophically injured children, I have seen too many preventable deaths and injuries.  I have drawn upon 30 years of experience to bring you a comprehensive list of dangers that most parents don't even realize exist.  I then provide easy to follow, free or inexpensive to implement tips for safety and injury prevention.  I believe this book can save lives.  I never want to represent another child who has been burned by flammable clothes or injured by a toy.  Please share this book with anyone you know who has children.    Thank you for your dedication to child safety.
