About me:

I've been married to my soulmate, Jeff, since 1999. He is the nicest, most gorgeous man in the world and I couldn't have dreamt up a better husband. He is always there for me and he treats me like a princess. I have two kids, Brooke-8 and Christopher-5. Brooke is going into third grade. She is a great student in school, always on the honor roll and in advanced math classes. Chris is going into kindergarten. He loves to dance. He can do somersaults, one handed push ups, and all sorts of cool dance moves. I love to go on walks, sing, dance, train dogs, do gymnastics, exercise, and spend time with family and friends. I am a little like a gypsy, I've moved 8 times in the past 11 years. We bought a house in La Porte,IN so we should be here for awhile. I recently graduated from Purdue with an A.S. business degree, I finished school with honors my last 5 classes (4 A's and 1 B+). :) My family encouraged me to utilize my natural talents and as a result,I am following my heart and opening my own pet business called Furever Friends Pet Services. It includes pet sitting, basic grooming, and dog training. We have a beautiful dog. He is 3/4 Siberian Husky and 1/4 red wolf. He is black and white with brown eyes. He is 1 1/2 years old. He knows all kinds of tricks-sit, down, come, paw, jump, heel, stay, roll-over, bow, and play dead. He also is great at playing "Find it". It is like the game of hide and seek, but played with a toy or treat, and he uses his nose to find it. He is great at agility and loves to play at the dog park near our house. His name is Kodiak and we call him Kody for short. We still have our two cats-(Gray and White) Mingo and (Siamese-mix) Star. Our newest edition to our "pack" is a beautiful black and red German Shepherd puppy named Liebe (pronounced Lee-ba). Her name is the german word for love. She was almost eight weeks old when we got her on July 25th. She has german bloodlines with lots of shutzhund titles in them. We are working on house training and socializing her now. She will be bred when she is two years old and becomes OFA certified against hip and elbow displasyia. We have big plans in our future. In March of 2011 we will be walking the entire appalachian trail from Georgia to Maine, almost 2,200 miles! If will take us about 4-5 monthes to complete. We are inviting family and friends to join us on our adventure (all or part of the trail).
