Aged 22, living in London town, but travelling to play gigs all over the country. I write, sing and play all of the songs. I flit between a nylon-strung classical and a silk & steel-strung semi-acoustic for bolder venues. When it's needed, I like to throw in a bit of violin or piano, but mostly I like the sound to be simplistic and homemade. Delicate sounds and honest thoughts. .. I am constantly writing and performing. I have played some great gigs, including Edinburgh Fringe and Manchester Pride festivals, as well as some more local, intimate venues. Recently, I got the chance to perform one of my songs for an Introducing feature on BBCRadio2, and have just re-recorded another of my songs to be used as the soundtrack for an independent short film. .. All in all, I am happiest when busy with me music, and things are going well. .. I hope you enjoy the music, please feel free to get in touch. I love meeting new people and will play gigs wherever I can. ...... ........Vote now for....Jo Gillot.... ........You can follow me here!.... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
