General	I love psychedelia, painting,reading, singing,writing music, swimming and boating,permaculture, gardening, camping in my ger,walking in the woods and all things fun.
Music	The pretty things,The music machine, country joe and the fish, the incredible string band, gorky's zygotic mynci, nalle, boubakar traore, the human expression, jefferson airplane,monteverdi,pink floyd, pink faries,caravan, beggars opera, david bowie, medieval music, tir na nog, fairport convention, pentangle, bert jansch, arzachel, lots and lots of varied stuff but I can't think of everything when I try to make lists!
Movies	Haven't seen many films but love the wickerman, fear and loathing and all that sort of thing.
Books	I've read lots of books about permaculture and druidism and ley lines ( not really any clearer about the latter two) Am quite interested in books on folklore.I'm completely fed up with reading trashy novels...

Employing a bow and 'metal' effects pedals, the resulting cacophony is orchestral in scope, rendering almost unreliable the memory of one woman and her instrument. Somewhat akin to Bassett's duo with Matthew Bower, Hototogisu, the deeply layered tones created by Hayden offer, upon first exposure, a somewhat icy auditory experience, but as the recording settles in, the richness and sheer breadth of sound wraps around you like a feather quilt and shifts your perception almost 180 degrees. A truly magnificent set from this former Vibracathedral Orchestra member.
