Bio
Dr. StrangeLuv was somewat formed based on 2 concepts after being in a fed up state of mind. One is the 'first-thought-best-thought' idea inspired by the use of the same method of Kerouac on his spontaneous writing wherein after El Scum have his initial concepts on his way to Grandi0s0's modest dwelling, the latter would just do whatever madness that would enter his tainted brain (which is obvious on how the recording sounds like) --even the song titles would be just based on the first thought that would come after hearing El Scum's liner notes. The second was based on Grandi0s0's interest on the chameleon-like role of comic genius Peter Sellers (playing 3 key protagonists), who also do improvisations, in the black humor masterpiece of Stanley Kubrick -- also known as the "nightmare comedy" film called 'Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb' . This is evident on the duo's different approach for every other song and Grandi0s0's different characters as being the creepy voice on "led-out", the high pitched vocal on "do the boogie woogie with the scumbag", the speaking retard while doing his harmonica part on "aight 'ma", etc, etc... So why not call this project Dr. StrangeLuv? ...Shit! -

Sounds Like
2 obnoxious bored brothers a.k.a. "The Ingenious Bastards" (Grandi0s0 and El Scum) with the concept of spontaneous, (roughly) on-the-spot DIY home recording, spitting out (almost) rubbish but witty indie-slash-folk-slash-bastardpop goodies!

AWESOME!
Hello Dr. Strangeluv, I desire to see life through your hallucinations so that they massage my viscera into an eternal state of turgid flux. The sand runes crossing your divided consciousness do speak of contemptuous monsters being slayed by flying phoenixes. The elves that play in the toasters wash their drum sticks in honey and sing strikingly colored anthems in perfect harmonious pleasure. May you be as vivid as your hallucinations. What wonderful vibrations you are capable of. How beautiful is the snowshine in your eyes, so directly current from the static in your mind. May you always have stables of horses to service your needs. Blinking reveals the true visage of beauty hidden within your eyes. I keep searching for you between the cushions. You are dressed with filaments and people take pains to make you fully incandescent this evening. Your cleverness helps me breathe without the need of oxygen. Your hair sends forth a sheen remniscent of golden sunlight winding through shadows.
Oi, love & rockets from Manila's finest! Keep on keeping on! God bless!~
