Bio:

“Aqua” was born and raised in Hanover Jamaica. For Aqua being a lyricist began to emerge from him at the eager age of thirteen. Aqua found himself spitting lyrics as if it was a rehearsal for something great to come as an entertainer.
After living in Toronto Canada for a few years, in 1993 he moved to Florida where he met Kevin “KG” Runcie. Aqua and KG would battle each other lyrically, continuing to practice on his style and technique. In 1994 KG set him up with an opportunity to work with a singer looking for a reggae artist. In 1997 Aqua was introduced to Errol “Sad Sack” Woodhouse, a foundation reggae singer who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica. Errol took him under his wing and helped him to step up his game by working with him on stage with “Az One Band”. Aqua then linked up with Eddie “Smokey” Jackson, a conscious roots singer from New Haven, CT. Together Aqua and Smoke formed a reggae group named “The Burn Dem Band”, which they have been blazing stages with live reggae music for the past three years in central Florida.
Aqua’s perseverance and determination has opened many doors for him to spend more of his time writing and performing at clubs. Aqua has worked Yami Bolo, Shinehead, Chuck Fenda, 2 Live Crew, Beenie Man, Munga Hanorable and Selector Dubee of Upsetta Sound.
Aqua’s raw style delivers heart pounding vibes as well as the cooling affect his name so appropriately suggests to his stage performances thus feeding his hunger and giving him more drive as a musical entertainer.
