From very old to very new I love Breakfast at Tiffanys, Gone with the Wind, The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Grease, Gremlins, Psycho, My Best Friends Wedding, Pretty Woman, A Walk in the Clouds, Pitch Black, Chronicles of Riddick(almost all Vin Diesel movies including his independent film MultiFacial)PulpFiction, Hellraiser, Labyrinth, Fried Green Tomatoes (or as my hubby puts it...chick flicks)Equilibrium, How to Lose a Guy in 10 days, The Notebook, Dance with Me, Four Brothers, Project X, American X, The GodFather, Edward Scissorhands, Rebel Without a Cause, Star Wars, Office Space, The Silence of The Lambs, E.T., The Wizard of Oz, Seven, Dances with Wolves, When Harry Met Sally, RainMan, Tales from the Crypt & Tales from the Hood, all the Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits and Alfred Hitchcock shows.
Television
There are very few shows I make time for. The exceptions include: The Biggest Loser, Big Brother, Law & Order:SVU, House, Dancing with the Stars & CSI.
Books
There are several authors I like but don't find the time to read. Above all my favorite has to be Dean R. Koontz. I have him on an even higher pedestal that Stephen King ...gasp!
Heroes
My husband for being the man that I knew existed in this world somewhere....my daughter for the love & understanding shes taught me without even knowing it and God for bringing them into my life.

About me:

How does a person really describe themselves? I guess you could say I am a mother 1st,a wife 2nd & a best friend 3rd. It's no secret that I live for my family. I am old fashion at heart but at the same time am very much in the here & now. I love traditional values & the way married couples who have been together 50+ years really get each other and still show love,honesty & respect for one another. You don't see alot of that in today's marriages as it takes work & dedication. My granny told me that my name Paula means "Little One,tender of heart" and I've always believed my mom knew what she was doing when she named me. It describes me perfectly. I have a soft spot for children & elderly. Although we need some news in our lives I can really do w/o most of it as it breaks my heart too often. While I am a sweetheart I won't for a second allow anyone I love to be hurt. Try it and you will fiercely see the Leo in me come out! Other than that I am a kind hearted,decent,fun loving girl.
