About me:
I don't take myself too serious, but I strive to pursue Truth above all things. I am compelled to proclaim the kingdom of God, wrestle with life, move toward the Presence of God and get tossed around in the process. I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my lovely wife Lauren and my family in Christ - includes my family in Austin and my 2 dachsunds b/c all dogs DO go to heaven. I watch alot of movies, seek beauty in life, embrace the journey ahead, abide in the waking moments of the day, dream big dreams, root for the UT Longhorns like they are going out of style, enjoy a good cup of coffee, a walk w/ Lauren, a nice baseball game, a good theological theory, a thought provoking book (the Bible being my all time favorite), contemplative prayer, chips and salsa, a journey out to the hill country, preaching, and of course ... a Molten Lava cake at Chili's!
I graduated from Baylor University, Denver Theological Seminary, have worked in ministry for nearly 9 years and am now in an exciting stage of ministry transition ... I'm very stoked about the road ahead.
