Mehfil TV is not representative of what you'll find on MEHFIL TUBE - there is a lot more classical music, but out of respect for the great Ustad's I haven't added them to Mehfil TV which has mainly some devotional music and ghazals.
Don't be fooled by this sites green layout, this has nothing to do with religous fanatism.This is green like in paan patta or 7up.We like to highlight neglected sides of Hindustani music though...It's Qawwali, Kaafi and Ghazal today but it may be Dhrupad, Kyal and Kathak tomorrow.

Who I'd like to meet: The new player may actually drop frames or get stuck during prime time caused by high internet traffic.We are working to get a solution for this problem and gradually it's going to be better.We're not really out of the Beta yet. The old Mehfil Tv player is still availiable on Mehfil Tube.
