Most critics would say hip hop is dead but J Mack feels the game is just evolving. This talented artist began rapping at the age of 13 years old. It started through email. He would email his cousin battle raps trying to murder him. After so many emails they realized each others lyrical abilities. J Mack, along with other friends, formed a group called 3 Clapz. J Mack released two mixtapes with fellow group members and other rap artists in Bloomington, IL. This began to gain his respect for his lyrical abilities around town. But after a few complications in the group J Mack decided he needed a change in the people he did music with. Since then J Mack has released several mixtapes. Right now he is currently working on more mixtapes and establishing a strong buzz in the Chicago. J Mack will be holding down the city while reppin for his hometown in the 309.
