“3E Love is more than living disabled but is simply about living. Everyone has the freedom to live their life. We challenge you to do what you love, because you'll meet some amazing people along the way, and that, our friends, is how you'll enjoy this ride that 3E Love calls, life.
Embrace diversity. Educate your community. Empower each other. Love life.” - Annie Hopkins
3E Love, LLC. and it's properties are the creation of the late Anne Hopkins (1984-2009), who as an advocate, entrepreneur, artist, and student, demonstrated what is possible when you love life. Anne's accomplishments in her academic, social, and family life were vast and will be remembered dearly, but her spirit and message can live on forever through the work she left for others to finish.
This work includes 3E Love, a company founded in 2007 by Anne, her brother Steve, friends Eric and Chris, and mother Leslie. The mission of the company is simple: to create and bring to market products and services that embrace living life no matter the obstacles, and by doing so, educate society and empower those with disabilities to love life.
Our symbol, the "International Symbol of Acceptance" or the "wheelchair-heart logo" is the drive behind much of our goals and products. It is a symbol of society accepting people with disabilities as equals and a symbol that people with disabilities accept their challenges and even embrace them. By replacing the wheel with a heart, the stigma of the wheelchair is also removed, and it can be a symbol for people with any disability or impairment. It is about the person, not society's perception of their lack in abilities.
So, to spread this message we have inventory available of shirts and buttons in our online store, and later in 2009 we plan to have over 15 other products in inventory to sell and customize. We are also planning to expand to educational curriculum and resources for disability awareness in 2010.
3E Love has the potential to be much more than a t-shirt and merchandise company, however. The opportunities to celebrate disability in the marketplace and educate the community are endless. This company is for those with all types of disabilities, wheelchair users and non-wheelchair users. It is for friends and families of people living with disabilities. It is for everyone, everywhere.
Get into it. Wear your heart on your sleeve.

Hey, I love your page! It gives a whole new meaning to the disability signs that you see everywhere! I would suggest that you go out and spread your organization around by word of mouth. There is a lot of advertisement by people spreading the word of mouth around about a business. I know this from experience because my dad used to own a meat store and catering business. I do love your page! It really opened my eyes. Lisa
