About Kush signed to a Major label. only gettin started
With the landscape of Music being changed by the watered down sounds of synthesizer pop, Kush breathes new life into the game with dynamic lyricism over soulful beats. Starting with poetry at a prime age of 10, he quickly learned the power and influence of words alone.
A few years later, he set up a small, low budget, studio in his room where he taught himself how to engineer his own sound and music. he also taught himself how to make his own beats and instrumentals thus preparing him to experiment with a style all his own. He decided to go by the name 3eighty. As time passed he started networking with many local artists and producers. Ghost writing for many, he appeared on numerous mixtapes in the underground circuit. He was discovered by up and coming producer Curtfresh. After delivering the hit "She Wanna Be", together they began campaigning and opening many doors in the industry.
At a South by Southwest music event in Austin, he met with Grammy Award winning group Los Lonely Boys. After a meeting with label directors and management teams, he performed a few songs for them in person, leaving them amazed at his lyrical prowess. They asked him to meet them in their home town of San Angelo, TX where together they wrote and recorded the song "Lets Go Cowboys" for the NFL Team Dallas Cowboys, all in one day. Such a successful venture, and his musical talents, led him to the next level.
In the competitive world of Hip Hop, where artists are signed for their ability to create a buzz and an underground following, Kush is one of the only artists in many years to be signed solely based on his Musical and lyrical Talents. His love and passion for music will not falter, nor will he allow the fame and fortune to get in between what matters the most in his eyes... Making Great Music!
