3GGA | Michael Osayande started his career in 1999. After travelling from his hometown Benin (Nigeria) to Madrid (Spain), he arrived in Austria where he started performing as “3gga” very soon being one of the most accredited and established DJs and MCs in the City. After releasing his first single “3gga Culture” with the worldwide acknowledged Electro and Dub Producer “Stereotype” (G-Stone Recordings) he dropped the next bomb performing on “D.Kay’s” Lion’s Dub. (No1 UK Drum’n Bass Charts).
After his collaboration with the uprising Big Beat and Dub Step Producer “Megablast” (“Bun di wikked feat. Coalman”- One Eye Records) and his stunning “Get down on it” (recommend-records, FM4-Soundselection/Universal) together with Vienna’s known Electro Producer “Phazes” he finished his first album “In Di Ghetto” 2006 featuring Daddy Freddy (world known for being the fasted rapper in the 80ies ) among others. The collaboration with Million Stylez 2007 led to the hit Single “Crying Out” (recommend-records/soundquake) and has been getting massive airtime on AIT, Nigezie, Channel O, Ben TV, Passion TV , yavido,… The next single “Sweet Reggae Music” feat. African China (bassrunner/soundquake) announces the big release of 3gga’s second album in 2009 “Bad Outta Road” featuring artists like Mad Killah, Millions Stylez, Lexie Lee, Bongo Chilli, Perfect, African China, Daddy Showkey, Ronny Trettmann… and many more!!
Sweet Reggae Music is getting airplay on various national and cabel channels across Nigeria and abroad.
3gga’s songs „Sweet Reggae Music“ and „Satisfy Me“ has been nominated at the MUSIC MIX SOUTHSIDE AWARD in various categories ranging from „Best Naija Act in Diaspora“, „Best Reggae Song Of The Year.
