3lbs. of Love is a power trio from Cedar Falls, Iowa. Their music is a cross of rock, blues, and funk with some psychedelic overtones. Jeff Kessler plays the drums. Jake Staron plays the bass and sings when he feels like it. Ryan Pearson noodles the guitar, and sings the songs. Their telepathic jams, and energetic stage performance continue to inspire since their formation in the fall of 2005.
