Bio
........ Born in Montréal in 1972 and now located in Québec City. In search of full creativity process, 3Quarks, was strongly inspired by psychedelic music from the 60's and early 70's. He was also influenced by electronic and techno music. 3Quarks is a musical concept inspired by science-fiction novels. As a full-time ecology specialist, nature and organic forms and complexity are also a source of inspiration. 3Quarks music can be describe as a hybrid style between psychedelic soft rock like early Pink Floyd, Soft Machine, Gong, Can, Amon Duul II, and actual electronic ambiant with some funk rythms. The major goal behind this music is to participate in the spiritual development of the listener, focusing on futur, space and science-fiction. 3Quarks made his first album in 2003. It is called "Céphéides". It was a first exploration. The second album "La Turbidité de la Nébuleuse" is more eclectic. 3Quarks is totally instrumentalized by Kozmic. One song from the first album has been made with the collaboration of JF Larouche, great guitar player and drummer. Many songs on both albums were made with the collaboration of Yujiwon. She performed a lot of keyboards like Mellotron, Hammond organ and electronic piano. She also composed three songs on the first album. The second album was also made with some collaboration from Yujiwon.
