We are complete again! The newest member of the 3rd Machine family is called Kristian Barford. He will replace Jay who will be greatly missed, but we ofcourse respect his decision to focus on other things for a while. Good luck Jay!
Kris is a British expat, living in the Netherlands since january of this year. His former bands are Idiot Box, Trench and Batallions.
Some days life is smiling to you.... and today was such a day! We are very proud to announce that drummer Jay Persad has joined 3rd Machine!

Needless to say we are VERY happy with his arrival, which also means we will be playing live soon again. The new 3rd Machine will be stronger than ever!
Sad news, both Richard and Pieke decided to leave 3rd Machine last week. Richard explained he has really enjoyed the past year in 3rd Machine, but he just couldn't unite his drumming with our musical style. Ofcourse we fully understand and we wish Richard all the best with his new band Coin Flip.
Pieke has been a 3rd Machine member since 2007 and also played guitar in Horizon, John & Ronald's previous band, so it was a sad day when he told us he would also leave the band and pursue a new musical adventure into folk. Good luck buddy!
