    3 Shots of Therapy formed in 2009 as a hard hitting powerful rock n roll machine, bringing explosive guitar riffs accompanied by a thunderous bass and drum rhythm section. During the first year the band enjoyed a few gigs throughout Calgary but ended their first year in disappointment when one of the founding members, Rob Labonte(guitar/vocals), found another calling and left the band. Circa Oct/2010 The band tried to find another guitar/vocalist without success but Lady Luck did smile when Bryce Borden(vocals) auditioned for the band. Bryce was looking for an original band to team up with and create some new sounds. This created a new dynamic within the band. As what was once a two guitar attack became one with a lead vocalist front man. As the band progressed over the next several months, practicing to get their show down so that it was flawless, there was some dissension in the ranks. After only a couple of gigs with the new front man another founding member, Sean Appleby(drums), decided it was time to move on. Circa May 2011 3 Shots of Therapy wishes nothing but the best for their former band mates in any and all future endeavours. On went the search for a new drummer. After a couple of auditions the band found a new little spark to add to the mix, Kyle Fargo. Kyle brought with him an enthusiasm that seemed to ignite the fire and get the creative juices flowing after having been dealt the blow of having lost another member. The line up was now complete, original members and writing partners, Mike Reeb(guitar/vocal) and Nicky Rejante(bass/vocal) now had another writer to create and develop their sound in Bryce Borden(vocals). This creative mix is capped off with the energy and excitement of Kyle Fargo(drums). Circa June 2011 Since the final formation of the band they have gone on to enjoy many gigs in their first six months together and have been pleasing fans and finding new fans along the way. Make sure to get out and check them out when they are at a venue close to you. Get on your computer and like them on Facebook, ask them to come to your favourite venue or ask the manager at your favourite venue to book them. Looking forward to rocking with you in the near future.

The elves that play in the toasters wash their drum sticks in honey and sing strikingly colored anthems in perfect harmonious pleasure. Your eyes are like spheres of crystal water filled with shimmering dreams. You turn the atmosphere ablaze with currents of sweet ethylene when you smile. As the bliss slowly rises in my incandescent eluxulator, your mere presence has a euphoric effect upon me. Your cleverness helps me breathe without the need of oxygen. Please let me hear more of that wonderful sound. I love your eyes, I know they can stare through my thoughts. Your hair sends forth a sheen remniscent of golden sunlight winding through shadows. I relentlessly desire cotton candy lollipops. I find your eyes to be a wondrous amusement park filled with neo-plastic pleasures and turkish delights.
