3 Stripe Avenue are a young and dynamic 3 piece rock band from the Sydney/Central Coast region of NSW. Members Ace, Cruise and Cameron describe their career so far as being “like a never ending tour since 2006.” This tour has taken them all over Australia and New Zealand with just enough time left to appear on national television for the show “Australia’s Got Talent” where they made the semi finals in 2008.
2009 has been huge for the guys performing a number of packed out shows with some of Australia’s greats including; The Screaming Jets, Ian Moss(Cold Chisel), Angry Anderson(Rose Tattoo), Dragon, Daddy Cool, Jo Jo Zep and the Falcons and The Galvatrons. 3 Stripe Avenue have also performed in front of 1000’s of their own fans during their hugely successful High Schools Tour 09 on the back of the release of their debut EP “Blind Audio” which was featured heavily throughout Drum Media Magazine.
The guys are currently preparing for a new year of touring, promoting the release of their new single “2am.”
Hey!!! Look who's finally on myspace!!! lol Lazy bugger! Nah i forgive u! Glad u had fun in bali, i m so going there when i get better. Hear the clubs are good. Haha thanks, i feel great, just get exhausted heaps easy. I did look bad though, but the effects of the chemo have worn off. I was at one stage only sleeping and being sick. Couldnt eat or drink. Glad that that only lasted a few days. I did end up getting the 3 stripes into my head but then i had a shower and my hair fell out even more. So now its all patchy. lol. Its funny though cause you would think i would be all embarassed about my hair, but its made me more confident. I love how i look and am proud about it. Got all my battle scars to show. lol. Chicks dig scars, wonder if its the same for guys? lmao!!! Yeah, well i love you guys so much. And not just cause your music is great, i mean you support me so much and go outta your way for me all the time. You have all become great friends and i appreciate our friendship so much. Cause your not like a normal band, and its not like i m just another fan. Your great. Yeah well you dish the compliments to me, so i dish back. I realise now that your ears are pierced cause of pics i have, but you have bling in it now, so you notice it more. Hahaha still cant get over ur nose. lol. Does look madd tho. lol. Yeah it was a shame, but i will see them soon. Cant wait! Santa comes tonight!! I am getting so spoilt!!! With the guitar and all. Hahaha, well if i ever get the urge to play drums ill call you. lol. This benefit night still gets me, lol. I mean, i just do the best i can in the situation i have been given. But i never in a million years realised the impact i have on people.
