^How does that solve the problem? I bet they make it three fold back on "tickets" (citations) And the next night the same cars will be out, doing the same things. STOP WORKING AGAINST US AND WORK WITH US!
Reporter: How much do you owe tonight?
Driver: Probly like 2 Bills ($200)

Driver: Hell yea!
