la banda BATAKAZZO esta compuesta por 4 fetos asquerosos: la banda copiapina se inicio en el año 2004.conociéndose en el liceo decidieron hacer una banda grindcore empezando con sus primeros temas en el liceo era la única banda del colegio que no podían terminar sus ensayos por que al viejo cuando se le paraba la tula cortaba la luz y a nadie le gustaba la música que trataban de hacer.en ese mismo año se integra a la banda Michael Fuentes así creando un cuarteto de puros amantes del Gore ,tripas saliendo del ombligo,y el cerebro en el ano.ya con unos temas inventados y algunos covers la banda decide buscarle un nombre así llamándose ANOMALIA CRANEAL que en poco tiempo lo cambiarían a GUSANOS VENDITOS así al igual que el nombre anterior no encontraban el nombre adecuado después de estar un tiempo sin nombre para la banda deciden llamarse BATACAZO DESASTRADO que con ese nombre tuvieron su primera tocata en una universidad donde lograron reventar oídos , que la gente hiciese cakita dura y que vomitaran y esos mismos especimenes mas adelante los invitarían a(según los comentarios de la banda) a una de sus mejores tocatas taloneando a DEFACING donde allí tendrían un gran apoyo del publico copiapino. Después decidieron llamarse solamente BATAKAZZO y que desde allí seria la única banda que no seria parte de ningún sistema etc. y todo lo asqueroso que se imagine la mente madre que tiene la escena copiapina............... pero innovando en sonidos y sacando ideas de otras bandas el tipo de música que tocan estos asquerosos individuos es DISTORTED BRUTAL GRIND donde combinan de todo un poco de la brutalidad máxima hasta lo técnico que pueden llegar a ser .BATAKAZZO sigue creando música bizarra junto a tres de sus fundadores originales( Álvaro pacheco :drums , Michael fuentes :guitars & Bass y oskar plaza : vocals ) ya k uno de ellos se retiro
momentáneamente de la banda para desarrollar proyectos en solitario ( julio romero : guitars ) . hoy en dia BATAKAZZO sigue tocando por diferentes partes donde sean requeridos los sonidos melodiosos de la banda copiapina .
