Jesus Christ....My parents..they got everything they wanted in life and still never let anything get in their way of Christ~ Lindsay Black, (RIP babygirl) for always being the realest person I know and never changing for anyone, and Willie Sanchez (youth minister) for living the life he lives in the way he does.
About me: I live by this quote: Every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get, so get over it and smile because life's too short not to do so. The second best piece of advice I can give you is to be the realest person whether you think people will accept you or not. And ok but really? I absolutely love my life. I love God with my whole heart, He is amazing. I'm a strong believer of the Christian faith and that will never change. He will always be number one in my life, through good times and bad. I love my friends more than they'll ever understand, they're there for me through EVERYTHING in life and I couldn't have been more blessed :) I was adopted into the best family I could ask for and they taught me morals and values that will stick with me for life. I love to be where all the action's at. I'm the most laid-back person you'll meet and get over things in about 2 seconds. Why dwell on the little things? I'm the absolute most outgoing person EVER and I love making new friends. I listen just as much as I talk and my friends tend to come to me whether it's just to vent or to get good advice, which I love to give. This is probably the main reason why I switched my major to Psych and will run with that further than I can go. I'm catty at times and sometimes am a brat when I don't get my way, or just for no reason. Sorry, it is what it is, but if you're going to take it personally then we really shouldn't be friends to being with. It takes me a lot to get upset and I can't recall the last time I cried. I'm always a nice person unless you're not and I don't care who you are-we'd still get along great. I have TONS of loves and a few dislikes at that. I love shopping. Clothes. Japanese Kitchen. Dancing. Finding the only perfect shirt hanging and discovering it fits just right. Bebe. METROPARK. CHURCH CAMP. Candles. Cool Water and Vera Wang perfume. Talking (and if you know me you know this is a big one). Laughing at people that are too serious to have fun. Laughing at myself, especially my MANY blonde moments I have. Laughing at Sia for no reason, just because we're both freakin hilarious. Laughing in general. Clovis, my favorite city in the world. Hawaii. San Diego. Los Angeles. Orange County. New York City. USC parties. Pismo trips (ocean to the right!). Confrontation, I think it's exhilarating. Blue gatorade. Green tea (venti, iced, unsweetened, 3 splenda). Nerds candy. Ice cream and movies. Foos ball. Pool. Laying on my trampoline at my parents and looking at the stars. Nip/Tuck and Grey's Anatomy parties at either my house or the girls' apt. Being adolescent for as long as I can. Drunk Missy. Drunk texts or (even worse) drunk myspacing. Learning in the morning what we did the night before. Champagne. My Mimi. Spontaneous road trips. Getting the chills. Notes on my car. Getting flowers. Nice surprises. Shoes. Starbucks. Sushi. Country music and the way old songs make you feel. Summertime, especially Summer Sundays at the lake. Mexico during Spring Break even though Vegas was fun this past year. Newport OR San Diego during 4th of July. LA anytime, all the time. Lake Havasu (thanks Jenna, haha). “The 4th meal of the day”. Driving fast. Karaoke. Late night talks. I can go on but... I won't. I HATE.... 8 legged things (can't even stress to you how terrified I am of them). Traffic. When people tell me how I meant something (I said it, don't you think I'd know?!). Naïve girls. Sluts. When people say “just kidding” right after they tell a joke. When people carry conversations while watching a good movie. Chocolate, bleh. Insecure people. Getting interrupted. My cell phone dying at the beginning of a fun night. Naggy, clingy guys. Facial hair. Drama, even though it always comes around. People that talk as if we're best friends when in reality I have no clue who they are. HATE when old guys or “gangsters” stare or grunt. People that don't know when to stop or, even worse, people that don't realize that it's OVER and thus make themselves look pathetic. Well! Now that that's all over with, this is me. Living, learning, and loving it.
