405 East. It's what's happening east of the 405 freeway, mainly Live Indie Rock entertainment. The bands are upcoming local artists, spotlight on them, and will instigate which places will be hit for the evening. But this site is also devoted to the clubs, the dive bars, the little hole in the wall stage shows that are a constant in the lovely dark anus of Los Angeles. The location, the surroundings, the set-up, the hassle of parking all included. Some tidbits thoughts on the after hours atmosphere when sports bars turn to band bars, when dining turns to lounging, and about the beloved bars that don't need signs to advertise their location. That's what 405 East is about, or at least an attempt will be made to keep to this theme. Supporting the local bands and venues, one review at a time. Thanks for stoppin' in on 405 East! .. ..
