About Waiting West

There are so many ways to categorize music these days. But not quite everyone will admit they listen to riff heavy, melody soaked rock anymore. The guys of Waiting West will tell you otherwise. They embrace it. They breathe it. They live it. Hailing from Lexington Kentucky, Waiting West has a sound that can only be described as contagious, which is evident by the following they are starting to produce. With the release of Live And Learn, their debut album, people are taking notice and it's not hard to see why. There's never a moment while listening to them that you wish for something more. Waiting West puts it all out there, all of the time. After a few failed attempts at trying to find the right chemistry in a band, the members that make up Waiting West have found more than they could have imagined. With an infectious sound and a fan base that grows with every show, Waiting West is a band that you will hear a lot of in the near future.
