Metallica, Symphony X, Dream Theater, Pantera, Deicide, Sepultura, Slayer, Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Michael Angelo Batio, Michael Romeo, Bach etc.
40days came into being around early 2000 in Parañaque, Philippines. The band gravitated towards Thrash Metal but mellowed down near the end of the decade. With the addition of Jorem on keyboards this late 2009, the band cemented its identity by deciding to work more along the lines of Progressive Rock yet still rooted on Metal with a touch of Classical music.
The band is currently working and re-working on new and old materials to accommodate Jorem's creative prowess. We are aiming to finish good materials around early to mid 2010.
