Every year, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) supports more than 3.7 million children and families around the globe through programs that directly improve the health and well being of those in need.

In November, people around the world participated in World Children's Day at McDonald's to raise funds and awareness for RMHC and other worthy causes. They connected with one another by sharing more than 100,000 Hands in just 30 days!
