About me: This is the MySpace page for 422 Studio located in the Richmond, Virginia area.
422 Studio is Richmond's Own Retro inspired lifestyle and Pinup Photography Studio and is women owned and operated.
I'm Ginger owner of, and photographer for, 422 Studio. I strive to keep up with the ever changing needs of my clients and my work is a reflection of that. I started my photo studio with my main focus being on classic pinup style images. I have found so much joy in this genre that I have since branched out into other areas of portrait photography. I bring my own classic flare to each portrait session. My style ranges from retro inspired to fine art. I enjoy working with families and kids and in these areas what you'll see in my work is primarily fine art portraits and high key portraits. However I do manage to work in some kitschy family and child portraits when it reflects the personality of the family. The same goes for my maternity images. I love creating fine art black and white maternity images AND I'm always up for a fun personality embracing maternity sessions too. I do photograph the occasional quaint, small or off beat wedding and bridal portraits. I'm still serving up healthy heapings of classic cheesecake Pin-up and golden era Hollywood style glamor images. I continue to offer the Monthly Mini pinup and boudoir sessions that I am known so well for. I work from my home studio in Ashland, Virginia as well as various locations in and around the greater Richmond Virginia area. My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients by working with them through all of life's amazing phases one image at a time. I work to make each session I do as laid back as possible whether in the studio or on location. My pinup and boudoir sessions are private, tasteful and relaxed. Feel free to inquire about additional photo services like bands, pets etc.
