SEEK GOD'S DIRECTION:
How will I know if I am on the right track? By Billy Graham
One of the most encouraging and comforting truths in the Bibile is that God not only loves us and knows all about us, but he also has a perfect plan for our lives. The Psalmist confidently said, "You guide me with you counsel" (Psalm 73:24). In other words, you don't need to face these decisions alone or make them by yourself; God is with you, and he wants to guide you. The most important advice I can give you, therefore, is to seek God's will for your life. He knows what's best for you and will guide you if you honestly seek his will. The Bible says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs3: 5-6).
How will God reveal his will to you? First, pray about every decision, asking God to guide you. Then let his word, the Bible teach you to want to be the kind of person God wants you to be, and what motives he wants you to have. In addition, ask him to help you understand yourself - your abilities and circumstances - perhaps with the advice of a wise Christian friend. Finally, trust his spirit to make his will clear to your heart and mind.
No, God's way isn't always easy for us to see. But when we honestly seek his will he will guide us because he loves us and wants what's best for us. www.billgraham.org.

True happiness can only be found in God, for only he can meet the deepest yearnings of our hearts. We aren't on this earth by accident. God created us, and he put us here for a reason: to know him and to enjoy his presence in our lives, both now and throughout eternity. God even created us with an empty place in our hearts. - an empty place that he alone can fill. The Bible says, "He has also set eternity in the hearts of men: (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Whenever we try to fill that empty place with anything or anyone other than God, we are bound to fail. No Matter how many things we have or how successful we are, that empty place will still be there. But when we come to CHrist, we discover that God Love Us, and he makes us part of his family. More than that, he comes to liv within us by hs holy spirit. Think of it: God want you to be part of his family forever - beginning now. By faith turn to God and tell him that you know you need him. Then open your heart and life to Christ and ask Him to fill the empty places in your life. Jesus promises, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives: (John14:27) Turn to Christ today and discover the Joy and Peace he alone can give.
