About me:

NIC*FISH was founded in 2000 by designer, Nicole Fisher. The label began with custom pieces designed for musicians within the entertainment industry while Nicole was studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

During this time, Nicole recognized a unique perspective missing from the contemporary womenswear market that mimicked her own taste & style, as well as the personal style of her globe hopping, incredibly chic peer circle. It’s a trendsetting style that’s ultra fabulous, body conscious, and edgy, while still remaining timeless.

This collective of inspiration became the creative muse behind NIC*FISH. And was essential in the development of the 2010 NIC*FISH collection, composed of convertible styles, all possessing a “get up and go”, "wash & wear" quality, perfect for the modern woman, who’s always on the move.

Longevity is top priority for NIC*FISH. Each new collection becomes more refined, assuring that NIC*FISH’s target customers’ exact taste & style are met. To NIC*FISH customers, pieces from the brand serve as fabulous building blocks, that welcome unique accessorizing & styling to create distinctive looks that express individuality.

ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole is a native of Philadelphia PA. She was educated at Howard University and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Nicole has a diverse professional background in womenswear design, costume design for film, theatre, television & music video, and fashion styling for entertainers & fashionistas.
NIC*FISH is still run as a one woman operation. This grassroots method to developing the brand has given Nicole the opportunity to nurture the growth of the label with much consideration, and attention to detail. She is committed to growing the brand into a premiere ready-to-wear womenswear label that appeals to beautiful women with immense personal style, globally.
