About me: This page is in celebration of a beautiful fairy tale artist Jacqueline Collen-Tarrolly..
She travels in the fairy realm.
Come with me into the trees where fairies and elfs are real.
Take my hand let the fine lines of reality slip a little, for that is truly the only way to see the magical world...
The Tween Places...
My name is Diane.(friends call me Dee Dee) I've been Jacqueline's 'sister' since grade school. We grew up in one another's homes, but as adults we left our Colorado town to opposite ends of the country. Somehow, the distance and time have not mattered and we have remained 'sisters'. I've created this page for her, and for you, her fans, to have a place to play amongst the Fae Folk of Toadstool Farm.
Light gives of itself freely, filling all available space. It does not seek anything in return; it asks not whether you are friend or foe. It gives of itself and is not thereby diminished. ~Michael Strassfeld
Silken tassels top the cornstalks... Turning leaves drift through the air... The abundance of earth's bounty, is visible everywhere... Sending some love... Green

Stuff your eyes with wonder . . . Live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories.
“Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.”
-Louisa May Alcott Make the most of the day... Believe in Dreams. ~Green~
May no gift be too small to give, nor too simple to receive, which is wrapped in thoughtfulness and tied with love. ~ L.O. Baird Hope you had a great weekend... Have a great week. ~Green~
Flying might not be all plain sailing, but the fun of it is worth the price. -Amelia Earhart,
Man must rise above the Earth—to the top of the atmosphere and beyond—for only thus will he fully understand the world in which he lives. —Socrates Learning to fly ~Green Briar~
Just stopping by to pour another cup of coffee for you. Here's hoping your Tuesday is a great one! Dragonfly wishes and Butterfly kisses. ~Green Briar~
Have a great weekend, Last weekend of the fair so I should be back to hanging out soon. Well then there is the garden and the pool.. giggle. You should know that the Boss wench wanted to run away with me to Colorado and I had to turn that one down cause Keltic Son just came home yesterday and didn't want to part with me for another two months. Have a drink with me even if it's grape juice! Green
I have often thought that if heaven had given me choice of my position and calling, it should have been on a rich spot of earth, well watered, and near a good market for the productions of the garden. No occupation is so delightful to me as the culture of the earth, and no culture comparable to that of the garden. ~Thomas Jefferson~ (my favorite dead president) Miss you so much hope to be on more soon. Green Briar
The May-pole is up, Now give me the cup; I'll drink to the garlands around it; But first unto those Whose hands did compose The glory of flowers that crown'd it. ~Robert Herrick, The Maypole, 1660~ CHEERS!!! HAPPY SUMMER

Easter Sunday is a day of rebirth and renewal in the Christian calendar. Even if you no longer observe this holiday (or never did), you can tap into the collective energy of the day. Millions of people throughout the world are concentrating their minds on rebirth. Some are wondering how much the hat cost the woman in the third row, but many are facing and mulling over the concepts of rebirth and renewal. You can see and feel the vibrations. You don’t have to agree with the details of the concepts that produced the energy in order to make use of it. Where do you need rebirth in your life? What commitments need renewal? Use the positive aspects of today’s energy to renew your commitment to your own growth and positive participation in your community. Ground and center at both ends of the day to prevent an energy hangover.
Take a risk, Take a chance, Learn to fly, Learn to soar, Take a dare, Take a stance, Strive for joy, Strive for more, And in all you do, Be Brave-Be you!!!
Their Ambiance was so soft you
could hear them speak...
The first candle said, "I Am Peace, but these days, nobody
wants to keep me lit. " Then Peace's flame slowly
diminishes and goes out completely.
The second candle says, "I Am Faith, but these days, I am no longer indispensable. " Then Faith's flame slowly
diminishes and goes out completely.
Sadly the third candle spoke, "I Am Love and I haven't the
strength to stay lit any longer. "
"People put me aside and don't understand my importance. They even forget to love those who are nearest to them." And waiting no longer, Love goes out completely.
Suddenly...A child enters the room and sees the three
candles no longer burning. The child begins to cry, "Why are you not burning? You are supposed to stay lit until the end. "
Then the Fourth Candle spoke gently to the little boy, "Don't be afraid, for I Am Hope, and while I still burn, we can re-light the other candles. "
With Shining eyes the child took the Candle of Hope and lit the other three candles.
Never let the Flame of Hope go out of your life.
with Hope, no matter how bad things look and
are...Peace, Faith and Love can Shine Brightly in our lives.
"From the clash of differing opinions comes the spark of Truth"
Have a great week...

The love of dirt is among the earliest of passions, as it is the latest. Mud-pies gratify one of our first and best instincts. So long as we are dirty, we are pure. Fondness for the ground comes back to a man after he has run the round of pleasure and business, eaten dirt, and sown wild oats, drifted about the world, and taken the wind of all its moods. The love of digging in the ground (or of looking on while he pays another to dig is as sure to come back to him, as he is sure, at last, to go under the ground, and stay there.
