MySpace a place for friends

I’m Rebecca. I’m 16 years old from Toronto, Ontario. I love music. I enjoy helping others. I can’t live without my friends. I care so much about everyone that I sometimes forget about myself. I love to write. It helps me get my feelings out so I’m not keeping everything inside. My post lengths can be somewhat intimidating. Art amazes me. I don’t judge based on appearance. I’m not a prejudiced person, unless I’m being prejudiced about people who are prejudiced. I’m pretty liberal. I will say what comes to my mind, as long as it’s not insanely offensive. I often have a lot to say. I’m pretty stubborn – once I get something into my head, it’ll stay there.

I listen to an assortment of music. Indie helps me calm down. Metal makes me feel better if I’m angry. Pop makes me happy. Rap can sometimes motivate me. I’m pretty well-rounded. I have lots of influences, some more intricate than others. I enjoy that I am somewhat musically cultured.

Drawing, painting, coloring – anything to do with art – relaxes me. It is another form of getting my emotions onto something tangible. It helps me escape the world and enter a fantasy that no one else will necessarily understand.

I’m pretty open to new things. I don’t mind people being different. I am subconsciously attracted to people who may not be considered “normal” to every day society. I don’t know why. I love the fact that they are so beautiful in mental state. That their thoughts can never be copied and redistributed.

I pay attention to the small things. I plan ahead. I am afraid to not have control. I am afraid of losing people in my life. But they always say that no one is perfect.
