430 Bayside was built in 1980. Unfortunately, it deteriorated into a place known for drugs and recklessness. In a state of complete disrepair it was purchased by musicians and slowly brought back to its' original early '80's charm. Since then a family has been raised there and many musicians have visited, rehearsed, written, performed and recorded within its' walls. Today it continues to serve as a home that welcomes musicians and fans from around the world. The open room seats 50 people and brings listeners and performers together in an intimate setting. Take a listen to and a peek at the artist that have performed at 430 Bayside.
