About me: Welcome to INCOMING!
A currently shite MySpace page for Midlands UK bands only.
The point is to use this page to advertise your gigs, wares and to keep in touch with other likeminded bands in the area without feeling like a complete arse for filling fan pages with junk mail. You know who you are!.
Promotions companies may also join so that if they're looking for bands to play a venue in the Midlands, all they have to do is visit this page for local bands to choose from and they have a full spectrum of sounds.
Also, if you are a musician looking for a band to join or a band looking for a new re-cruite then place an advertisement on this site and your prayers may be answered.
So if you're a new, up and coming talent in the midlands, whether you're a generic Indie band or Cock Rock band get your name down on the list!!!!!.
To use the site to it's full potential first click on ALL INCOMINGS! FRIENDS, then on MY CATEGORIES and Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your Auntie.
Thankyou for listening & spread the word
Who I'd like to meet: Decent bands in the Midlands and surrounding areas that produce their own material are welcome to advertise their gigs, demos and air their tracks hear (if they're any good that is).
As you may or may not be aware SoundARC hold a charity gig every year at Club 85 in Hitchin in aid of the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, and this year we are going to try something a little different from previous years.
This year we are going to take over the club and host 37 acts in one weekend putting full bands upstairs and acoustic acts downstairs in an event that we are calling ARCfest!
It all starts on Friday 4th December at 7pm and then continues on through Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from 12pm-11pm
As well as raising money for the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, ARCfest will showcase all the different genres of bands that we at SoundARC have come across over the last 4 and a half years. Over this weekend a lot of the acts that you will see don’t get a chance to play a great local venue like Club 85, So as well as hearing new music you will see all manors of genres and styles from acoustic - Metal - Indie - Rock - Punk - Electro - Ska - Funk - Hip Hop/Rap - Alternative - Rhythm & Blues - Reggae - Grunge and loads more that I cant remember!

After being away for a year recording the album we have finally decided on the single being released!! It will be -'White Sunglasses' You can hear pre mixed sample on our player! Yesterday we spent the day down in London with EMC and a directing team shooting the single video! It involved alot of dancing and rockin out! (hence why my back feels like its dying right now!) Smoke and lighting (im sure that your not ment to inhale that much smoke in one day still be ok!!) .. This video is going to be epic boys and girls! Now we have finished the album we are ready to hit the live circuit again after a year of recording!! And im happy to say the first gig shall be at the Camden Barfly on the 22nd of November to start us off with I HAUNT WIZZARDS and SHIROBON! its going to be and epic show! Hi Hi Hi, hey thanks for linking up with The Boiler Club and we love the sounds and ideas coming from the depths of cyber space. Thank God for technology that’s what we say.
Myspace has enabled The Boiler Club: Unsigned Heroes, to listen to so much great music and link up with some great people who share our love and thoughts about live music and Djays who don’t play safe. Initially we were inspired by the do it yourself punk ethos and the late great John Peel and Joe Strummer.
We run a tiny tiny club just once a month and we have booked some so many fantastic bands through the Myspace medium.
So who are we? Well, we are two ole geezers (really) who are still out there spinning tiptop tunes and hosting a once a month night encouraging and supporting unsigned bands at Northampton’s legendary Labour Club.
