About me:
Hello Everyone! My name is Meg Walton and I just graduated from the Professional Pastry and Baking program at Connecticut Culinary Institute. I got into the program because I wanted to learn how to design and create special occasion cakes. So, this is my myspace business page!.. I am a 23 year old married stepmom of two and part time librarian. I have been making cakes for about a year now and I am looking to expand my business. I got into cake making because a friend of the family has been doing it for years and I used to help her when I was little. I always loved doing it, so I decided to make a career out of it and go to culinary school. .. Previously, I studied design at University of New Haven... I have a very artistic mind and I finally found the perfect medium for me! I've found that I love baking in the general sense, so I also make cookies, tarts, and some pies...
