About me:

I'm the author of the Kitty books, about a werewolf who hosts a talk radio advice show. The fifth and six books will be out early 2009, and the seventh is on the way. I also write lots of science fiction and fantasy short stories for magazines like Realms of Fantasy and Weird Tales.

    I've seen the first few episodes of "Being Human."  It's cute, like an urban fantasy "Three's Company>'  But I haven't watched since and don't know if I will.  I found it a tad predictable.

    Wondered if you were aware of/planning to watch "Being Human" this Saturday BBC America?  They've been plugging it hard during the Torchwood mini-series this week and looks quite good.  I asked here because I didn't want to hijack a thread at "Filling the Well".  I'm assuming you're aware, but for any lurkers; a ghost, a werewolf, and a vampire decide to share a flat and live "normal" lives.

    I came upon this series totally by accident...i walked into the break room at my job and the first book was sitting on a table. the cover looked like something i would read so i decided to give it a go. now a month later i have read all the books and cant wait for the 8th! it was refreshing to actually not be disapointed by a series in this genre.

    Love the books! Something about a werewolf named Kitty strikes my fancy. Kitty and the Silver Bullet was the first book I reviewed in my first book review blog.

    Also, her mom's breast cancer hits home here. My mom's a three-year survivor. Double mastectomy, chemo, and she's on a long-term (five-year) preventive chemo, because she's in a high-risk group for recurrence.
