I LOVE BLUES AND JAZZ, AND MOST ANYTHING THAT IS GOOD. I LIVED AND PLAYED IN TEXAS IN THE EARLY TO LATE SEVENTIES. SMOKIN JOE KUBEK AND I HAD A BAND FOR A WHILE. I HAVE PLAYED WITH BUGS HENDERSON, ANSON FUNDERBURG, RUSTY BURNS FROM POINT BLANK, AND MANY MORE. I HAVE WORKED WITH MEL MELTON. ED KING OF SKYNYRD AND I PLAYED TOGETHER IN THE EARLY 70'S AND ED IS STILL A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE. SCOTT SAWYER AND I PLAYED TOGETHER IN THE LATE 70'S, AND I PLAYED WITH THE HEATERS FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS, AND USE TO WORK WITH MARIE LEBLEAU AND THE COMITZ. I NOW WORK WITH DAVE YOUNGMAN IN A VARITY OF MUSIC, MOSTLY BEING JAZZ. I STUDIED UNDER ROBBEN FORD, AND HE IS INDEED MY FAVORITE GUITAR PLAYER. I HAVE PLAYED SOME OF EVERYTHING OVER THE YEARS AND CONTINUE TO ENJOY A VARITY OF MUSIC.      I wanted to remind all yall The Musicians will be getting rubber in all four gears tomorrow night, Friday Sept 16th, at 211 on Central Park in Pinehurst, nc starting at 9:00. I hope yall will come out and support live rawkin Blues. here are some directions:
    You go to the traffic circle and take 211 past the hospital. It is at the intersection that goes to 5. There is a light there and a shopping center. You take a right and it is half down the shopping center on the left.
