Indiggo is comprised of identical twins, Mihaela and Gabriela Modorcea. These multitalented beauties, appropriately enough, were born under the sign of Gemini—the zodiac sign represented by twins.

The twins Indiggo are professional actresses....

They are top degree graduates from the National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography. They have also attended acting courses in Koeln–Germany and in New York--with acclaimed American actor Paul Sorvino.

The twins Indiggo are singers.

Their first album was released in 2000 and was followed by a 2003 release that blanketed all of Europe with their sound—topping the charts in several countries, including Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Their credits include songs written for some of the most successful European music producers, including Dieter Bohlen, David Brandes, Kai Matthiessen, Rainer Gaffrey, and Thomas Noehre (Germany); Thomas Gison (Sweden); and Phillip Vella and Gerard James Borg (Malta).

New York Knicks fans may be surprised to know that the twins Indiggo wrote and performed the theme song to their beloved team.

In addition to music and lyrics, they also write film scripts. This dynamic duo also plays piano and guitar and speaks four languages fluently.

In 2006, Mihaela published a highly reviewed volume of poetry entitled “Rage and Love” including 64 poems spanning 244 pages.

A recent book, INDIGGO TWINS, by Grid Modorcea tells their life story and includes Gabriela's translation of Rage and Love into English.

They also appeared in a recent Dell Computer commercial.

When they are not in the spotlight, they manage to find time for choreography and dancing classes at "Alvin Ailey" in New York City.
