It features musicians Darraine Scofield on fiddle, Larry Federman on guitar, banjo and slide as well as Gil Toro on bass. .. Lisa Dudley has a following of soldiers and veterans who are passionate about her music. Their favorite song is "Angel on My Shoulder" since they say angels brought them safely home from battle. Naturally that song is on this CD. .. One of the coolest songs on the album is the hauntingly beautiful "Trail of Tears" about Lisa's mother's great grandmother. Lisa is part Cherokee and part Blackfoot and she lived for years in Nashville working for the Native American Indian Association. ..     Some people say I sound like Sarah McLaughlin and other people say Alison Krauss. Still others classify me as folk -- ala Joan Baez and the spirit singers of the 60s. I think I sound just like Lisa Dudley!
