I am a professional, fun-loving, hardworking young women who plays hard because I work hard. I am in the Hospitality/Food Industry and God help me, I love what I do. I am a Chef by trade, and have been cooking off and on for years, but in the last 5 years or so I have found myself in the management aspect of the field. I to love that as well. I think it is because I enjoy seeing others happy, and I take great pride and fullfillment out of teaching people to be better at what they do, just as I expect my boss to be with me. I live on my own with my 14 year old (CAT)that is. What were you thinking??? She's my best bud and savior at times it seems.
