About me:
Longview entrepreneur Sara Greenville has big plans for the behind-the-scenes future in the entertainment business and plans to kick off those dreams in a huge way. As the president and founder of Cotton Valley Entertainment, Greenville has been lining up entertainers and handling a lot of other details for the 15,000 guests she hopes will show up at her first event - The Cotton Valley Music Fest. The two-night event is scheduled for July 31 and Aug 1, 2009 at Durango's Canyon. For more information on Durango's Canyon please visit: www.durangoscanyon.com or www.myspacecom/durangoscanyon. "Eventually I want to have my own venue," Greenville said. "In the meantime, I hope to put on shows at place like Maude Cobb (Convention Center) in Longview and the Oil Palace in Tyler." The Friday night lineup for the Cotton Valley Music Fest will have a country flavor and Saturday nights lineup will go the rock route. A second concert event is in the works for Labor Day weekend featuring country star Billy Currington and supporting acts.
