About me:

Eargasm Zine was born December of 2008 mainly influenced by some of my heroes when it comes to zine writing here in our country (Philippines). Eargasm Zine's mainly purpose of existence is to spread the stench and plague of Philippine's local underground extreme music (Death/Gore/Grind/Thrash/Black Metal). That is why most of the interviews and reviews came from different parts of our country,I was able to interview a few foreign bands and labels as well. Eargasm Zine first gave birth to its first bastard,Eargasm Zine #1(Dec 2008) with interviews with some of the finest bands such as Human Mastication (Davao,Phil) ,Internatl Torture (Davao,Phil)and Phlegm Thrower (Cavite,Phil). After 1 year,the 2nd secretion rose up from its lair and spread the brain drilling madness to its readers. More interviews and more reviews was shown. Some of the features bands where Septycal Gorge (Interview by The Butcher's Block), Down From the Wound, and also one of the most hard working FIENDS in the country when it comes to metal,Brimstone in Fire.Good and bad feedback was heard,but it's fine.It helps me improve with what I do. But then there was silence.3 years of silence..... It's been 3 years since I released my last issue.Only a few people knows the reason behind why I stopped writing and doing this stuff. Personal reasons,lack of interest(same old shit,only a few things was developed),lack of resources,lack of time and most of all lack of budget. Anyways,now we are back online. I will be posting new interviews and reviews on this blog. Materials that I have gathered within those years of absence.
