TO Ren Faire

We know there is a faire in Ojai and a pirate fest in the works just outside of Simi in the valley.
Have any of you been or know of the Conjeo Valley Days in Thousand Oaks? Why not have a nice local Ren faire there??? Rather than having our local area filled with men who just got out of jail working the rides our children go on.
We are not shunning the Conjeo Valley Days.
Would it be nice to have fun with your whole family and have fun learning history with more than half the cost less than it would at Conjeo Valley Days?
A huge turn out came when a false event called themselves a "Ren. Faire" at the Ronald Reagan library. Easily a thousand people or so, showed up, and where greatly put down by the event. As where all of us who came up with this idea.
If they can have all these other events why not a Ren Faire??
There was a nice one in Agoura Hills many years ago. After they where kicked out the city did lose much money!
All we ask is for a nice and local faire.
The city may say they have money issues, but with the huge turn out at the "rip off faire" at the Ronald Reagan library, they will easily make more money than the amount they put in for.
Myself and many others are willing to put their time and hard work into this without needed to be paid. We love faire so much, we do not ask for money. We will put this all together by volunteer work.
But if we ever hold anything for donations, it will be only for cost needed for the land and so on.
