Welcome to WEBMASTER CENTRAL. I am, and have been a Member of Toastmasters International for 18 years. I joined Toastmasters on Nov. 3, 1990, earning my first Competent Toastmaster award in the Spring of 1991. Here are some other milestones I have achieved as a Proud Member of Toastmasters International. 1) Was Founder's District Champion in Tall Tales Speech in the Spring of 1994. 2) Earned Distinguished Toastmaster Award in February of 1996. 3) Won Founder's District Public Relations Achievement Award in 1997, 2000, and 2001. 4) Was Division C Toastmaster of the Year (in Founder's District) in 1996. 5) Won Founder's District Tall Tales Showcase in 1998, 1999, and 2002; and was Runner-up in 2001. 6) Placed in over 25 major speech competitions above the Club Level. 7) Attended 9 Toastmasters International Conventions. 8) Webmaster of two primary websites relating to Toastmasters International: 1) Club 873-F Website (Dynamic Whittier Toastmasters), and 2) CYBERVANIA--World of Bill Baxter, DTM.
