About me: Dominic Rocky Daniels is a graduate of, The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation. His previous work consist of one dark fantasy/ horror novel, A co-created and co-written stop-motion animation comedy TV pilot teleplay at Chadwick Entertainment, Inc. , A independent co-written horror film screenplay, a poetry book for children, a published children’s poem titled “Summer” for LA Parent Magazine and poem titled "Lions" for Jack and Jill Publications Magazine, a heavy metal song and hip hop lyrics collection of 100 lyrical works, and has prototyped a board game by his own design that was given excellent review by his former game design college professor Ben Blagg. Dominic’s written novel manuscript work has been recently reviewed and well received by professional editors and literary agents in the publishing industry. In spring of 2009, he was signed on a two year contract with a private literary agency in Dayton, Ohio. Dominic also has entertainment industry experience regarding crew work and storyboard artist work on live fashion shows and night club events at The Cabana Club in Hollywood, CA for the Art Industry’s Articulated past events filmed by Chadwick Entertainment Inc. and the now defunct social network The Uplink.com in Los Angeles, CA. He has worked on music videos by top rated BET gospel hip hop & R&B music sensation Sharon Maree with HeatPharm Productions and Dazem Music. Best BET Break Out Artist of 2007 K-N-S at Kong Fist Entertainment in Oxnard, CA. He has also worked in Punk Rock/ Classic Rock music videos for All Access Magazines honored Rock Band “ACIDIC” who have played regularly at the world Famous Whiskey A Go Go, The Knitting Factory, The Derby Night Club, and more. TV shows: Seth Green’s Emmy award winning stop-motion animated show “Robot Chicken” and Dino Stamatopoulos’s “Morel Orel” for Cartoon Networks’ Adult Swim programming block at Shadow Machine Films / Shadow Animation in Los Angeles, CA. He did storyboard and digital colorist work on a television pilot for the Annenberg Foundation and Pasadena City College called “The Philosopher Citizens Show,” a Monster Energy Drink spec commercial for HD MEDIA SHOP located in South Pasadena, CA and key grip work on a comedy TV pilot “Orlando’s Bed and Breakfast” for SavCo Productions in Beverly Hills, CA. He has also worked as dolly grip on one other feature film that starred Q'orianka Kilcher, actress and cousin to Grammy singer “Jewel” called “Rock Point” filmed by Eternal Productions, LLC in Hollywood, CA. Dominic also has experience in the video game industry as a game tester at Activision on popular titles which consist of : Call of Duty: World at War, Spider-Man 3: The Game, and the James Bond Game: Quantum of Solace. Most recently he has also performed as a back ground actor on seven episodes on the final season of the fifteen year running TV show “ER” at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, CA and on a drama movie from Zia Films in Woodland Hills, CA. He is currently writing his second novel and is preparing to work on a new horror screenplay in spring 2010.
